Leadscrews & Nut Blocks

Leadscrew transmission has a resolution of 0.05-0.10mm or better.  Actuator or machines built based on leadscrew transmission are accurate, strong, and reliable.  There is little ongoing maintenance needed, a nut-block often having a functional life of longer than three if a machine is taken care of.

All of our Leadscrews are specialized ACME thread TR8x8(P2), in basic terms, this means one revolution of the leadscrew will make nut-block travel four times further than a standard threaded rod which is only a single start.
