How do I get a data sheet or MSDS?

How do I know if a product is in stock?
In most cases if the add to cart button is active on the product page the product is in stock. If you would like to double-check our stock levels please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us and one of the team will help you.
How can I track my order?
You can track your orders by logging in to Maker Store and clicking the ‘Track
‘ link under your order. Alternatively, you can click the Order Tracking link
on the home page and enter your order number
and email address
and then click the “Track
Do you accept purchase orders?
We currently accept purchase orders on a case by case basis. Please email email@example.com
for more information. Payment is still required before the goods are shipped.
Are you able to process orders in person or over the phone?
We can process orders over the phone or via email. After the order information is taken we will email you an invoice and link to make payment.
Does Maker Store keep my Credit Card or other financial information?
No, Maker Store does not store or handle any payment, credit card or other financial information. All of the payment transactions are handled by our trusted partner, Square.
I am local. May I pick my order up in person?
Yes, you may pick up your order in person. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org
or call before completing your checkout to request a local pick up. One of our team will contact you with further details. We do not have a retail store front so you are required to place your order online prior to the pickup and contact us to make arrangements before stopping by.
Is there a way to request expedited shipping?

How long does it take to receive my order?
In-stock orders ship within two business days. Generally if an order is placed before 1pm local time then it will be shipped the same business day. Domestic shipments generally take 1–5 business days depending on your location. International shipments generally take 8–10 business days if there are no delays at your local customs office.
Do you ship to my country?
We can ship to just about anywhere in the world. For orders shipped outside the USA or Australia, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
for a shipping quotation.
What happens if the shipping cost is less then what I paid?
Because there are always variables when using the website to calculate shipping sometimes the actual cost comes in cheaper than what was paid. When difference is more than a few dollars we will give you a store coupon to use on your next purchase.
