MakerBee V3 Gear Rack: X-1500mm, Y-1500mm – Black

The C-Beam End Mount Plates are high-quality aluminium plates with multiple taps and recessing to ensure the easy assembly of the C-Beam Linear Actuator.

It is not only a pretty shape, but It is also robust, versatile and modular. 

This Gear Rack Motor Mount Plate is a versatile motor plate compatible with our NEMA 23 standard torque and NEMA 23 High Torque motors.

This plate is fantastic because it outstands having a beautiful black anodized finish. It is also steady, showing stability when it is in motion.  Above all, it has a modular design that opens up a new world of possibilities.

We currently use this model for our innovative Ox-Gear CNC machine, which allows long lengths travelling without "bumps".

V-Slot is a high quality extruded aluminum profile building block that has an extremely smooth linear v groove rail on all 4 sides.  It’s precise, easy to work with and allows you unlimited design control through it’s modular nature.

The Internal Gear Rack is designed to slide inside the channel of our V-Slot Linear Rail and works will all our different V-Slot profiles. Simply slide the gear rack into the V-Slot Channel and secure it in place using a T-Nut and Bolt on each end.

The ends of the gear rack are specially designed so that racks can be butt joined to make long runs.

These high precision linear rails are based on the opensource C-Beam Linear Rail by Openbuilds.

The C shaped profile is based on the V-Slot linear guide system. This profile gives added strength and functionality. It is considered to be a 40mm x 80mm profile and all our standard V-Slot parts and accessories are compatible.

Available in 250mm, 500mm, 1000mm, 1500mm lengths.
