FORTIS CNC Pivot Plate for NEMA23

The Pivot Plate – NEMA 23 is expertly engineered to mount a NEMA 23 motor to a gantry system, applying precise pressure to the pinion gear on the motor shaft, and engaging it with a gear rack. This plate offers a more streamlined design compared to its counterpart, the Gear Rack Motor Mount Plate, reducing weight while maintaining structural integrity for optimal performance.

Its slim profile allows for easy mounting between the Y-plate and linear rail, bringing motors with standard shaft lengths closer to the drive system. A key design advantage is the integrated recess for Thrust Bearings – F6-12M, which enhances the overall compactness and efficiency of the assembly.
